OUR FOUNDER
In 1997, Marlin Knutson founded North Hill Resources, Inc. under the name of Knutson & Sons. Knutson & Sons provided landscaping materials for only Skagit County. However, in 2005, the company became a provider of bulk products in Skagit County, offering consumers with a wider range of materials at their disposal. Since then, North Hill Resources, Inc. has grown and now serves Whatcom, Skagit, Island, and Snohomish counties.
